Do you power wash before you paint?Areas that will be painted within your scope of work will be thoroughly washed. This will remove mildew, algae, dirt, and salt deposits.

Will you protect my plants on the outside of my home?We will do our best to protect the plants with canvas and plastic tarps where appropriate.

How do you work around screened-in porches?The protection of the screens is a case-by-case scenario, we will protect them as needed.

Do you replace damaged materials?Yes, we can replace windowsills, soffit, fascia, window trim, door trim, decking, siding, and garage door jams. You can speak with your estimator to get a quote for repair work.

Do you use wood or PVC for replacement materials?We use wood and PVC products to complete repairs depending on the needs of the client and the area being repaired.

Do I need to be home?For exterior painting, you are not required to be. However, when painting doors and windows they will need to be unlocked and sometimes left open to dry. For interior painting, we would need access to be inside the property but are not required to be home the whole day. For both project types, we do ask that you be at the property when we complete the work to do a final inspection of the service.
